engine valves for cars
1. The Valves produced by us follow the OEM specification or according to customer specifications meeting international standards. Our main produces are Inlet & Exhaust Valves for Automobiles, Tractors, Marine and Stationary engines.
2. Our Valves for Internal Combustion Engines have a handsome range for almost all static and non-static petrol/diesel engines, incepting
3. Over range cover most of Automobiles, Trucks, Tractors, All type of light to heavy duty Diesels Engines, Earth Moving Machinerys, Stationary and Marrine Engines, Generator Sets etc.
4. The valves types normally used in Four stroke engines. Valves are made from forged alloy steel, the cooling of the exhaust valve which operates at about 700 °C may be enhanced by using a hollow stem partially filled with sodium which throuh evaporation.
5. Material: Intake valve is SUH3(4Cr10mo/4Cr9Si2) ; Exhaust valve is SUH35(21-4N), Intake valve is magnetic and exhaust valve is non-magnetic.
6. There are 4 type of regular & important treatment in making Engine Valve. as below:
A. Tuff Trided / NitridedValves are nitrided to increase the exhaustion strength, corrosion resistance and wear
B. Chrome Plated Valve stems are plated with chromium to increase the wear resistance and also corrosion resistance of the stem.
C. Stellited (Seat Hard Faced)Valves made by using deposit of stellite to get high hot hardness at the seat.
D. BimetalValve made by joining together two different valve materials by friction wielding wherein high hot hardness alloy steel (austenitic steel) is used at the head and the stem made from a upright mechanical properties steel (martensitic steel).
